Discuss your favorite Pokemon episode or episodes from the Anime here. This does NOT include the movies or banned episodes, but does include the Chronicles chapters of the story.

My Personal Favorite Episodes (So Far):
. Pokemon! I Choose You!
The original story is just so, awesome!

. Bye-Bye Butterfree
Very sad and made me cry. So touching.

. A Scare in the Air!
Just fun and it includes Jigglypuff in one of his funniest hours!

. In the Pink!
Love the concept, this should be a real place in the Pokemon games, and Lickitungs cave-exit expression.

. Shell Shock!
I love Kabuto, plus the sound they make. Very action-y!

. The Joy of Pokemon!
The Magikarp story is really nice and I love how Nurse Joy risks her life for a bunch of baby Seel

. Time Warp Heals all Wounds!
One of the saddest and happiest episodes of all, and Squirtle's Ice Beam saves the day! Also I just watched it so I thought I'd add it!
 
Hmm my favorite is Electric Shock Showdown if that is the one ash beats LT. Surge because that is an inspiring story.
 
My favorites so far - in order:
• The Pokemon Harbor Patrol! my favorite episode ever, my top 2 favorite Pokemon in the same team (Dewott & Watchog)!! not sure what more I could ask for - really watched it because of Watchog (loved his Japanese voice in this episode - I use it as my ringtone).

• Crowning the Scalchop King (seen the Japanese version many times - can't wait for the English dub to premier)... Oshawott!! Dewott!!! An episode dedicated to them!! Dewott is one of my favorite Pokemon.... its like the animators got inside my head and discovered what kind of episode I wanted - and made it come true.

• Cilan and the Case of Purrloin Witness!! love it because of Purrloin, love cats, really loved seeing Cilan and Purrloin in the same scenes.... get a big laugh of Cilan (I still wonder why he is afraid of them, I really love that cute Pokemon)

There are more but I only mentioned my top 3 favorites - to me doesn't matter what language I see them in, I can watch them over and over and never get bored of them.
Usually most of my favorite episodes feature my favorite Pokemon (Watchog, Dewott, Mienfoo, Purrloin, Buizel) - I watch the anime a lot for the Pokemon themselves more than the human characters.
