Hi, my friend and I recently got back into Pokemon TCG and got some new cards.
Xatu in one of the EX sets has an attack called psy-impact. It cost one phychic energy and one colourless and it tells you to "put one damage counter of each of your opponent's pokemon". Does that include benched pokemon or does it just mean the two defending pokemon if there are that many?
