Well I just did some searching on google and his wikipedia page said he is still alive, yes I know those can be edited but they are usually pretty trustworthy. Also this site came up when I googled William Hung, the title was William Hung Is Not Dead I didnt hear anything about him being dead but I dont think he is.

Hes not dead i went to Hong Kong and ask about him and the tour guide told me that he came back to hong kong and become a singer and the people hated his music so hes like you know.
