Here's what I think.
Mamepato -> Hatopoo -> 3rd Stage
Hatopoo looks somewhat like Mamepato, and a 3 stage normal/flying type is also a staple in all Pokemon games.
Kurimori -> Stage 2 (possibly stage 3)
Kurimori looks like the early game bug Pokemon that always evolves at a low level, and it found in the forest. If its stage 2 is a cocoon, it will have a stage 3.
Chillarmy -> Stage 2
It will most likely be a Normal type found early, to midpoint in the game (Examples are Meowth, Aipom, Spinda, and Glameow). Out of these 4, Spinda is the only one who doesn't have an evolution, leading me to think Chillarmy will get an evolution too.
Gear -> Stage 2
Frequently, there are some mechanical/electrical Pokemon found mid-early in the game (Voltorb, Magnemite[GSC), Electrike). Gear also screams out that its getting an evolution, do to its appearance.
Darumakka -> Hihidarama
Can't really explain this. But speculation seems to explain it pretty well.
Shimama -> Stage 2
Like with Gear, there is an electrical Pokemon found midway-early in the game. It also looks like it should get an evolution; I'm almost certain of it.
Meguroko -> Stage 2
There's a ground or rock type (excluding Geodude) found early in in the games (Sandshrew, Wooper, Aron, Shellos[shellos isn't ground type, but it does become one once it evolves]). Sandshrew, Wooper and Shellos each evolve once.
Rankurusu
I'm not sure how I can explain this one. Appearance wise, it just looks like it'll evolve into bigger blobs.
Stage 1 -> Gocheriuizu
It looks kinda like Jynx, and Jynx has a pre-evolution. It'll most likely be a baby though.
Korimori -> Stage 2 -> Stage 3
Zubat of Gen.5, nuff said.
Kibago -> Stage 2 -> Stage 3
I think its the Dratini/Larvitar/Bagon/Gible of this Generation. Only thing that puzzles me is why they revealed it early.
Wooguru
It looks completely evolved, and catchable at Lv.50. If it is part of a family, it'll be pre-evos.
Stage 1 -> Gigaiasu -> Stage 3
Its family is the Geodude of Gen. 5. But it doesn't look weak enough to be Geodude, or strong enough to be Golem.
(Luvdisc) -> Mamanbou
This one puzzled me, but I think I know how to explain it. You will never find Wild Luvdisc in Isshu. Only Mamanbou. Through the use of an incense, which would be available post Elite 4, you can breed for Luvdisc. Even though Mamanbou has two abilitys, both different from Luvdisc's one, who's to say Luvdisc can't get Healing Heart this Gen.
Shikikika -> Stage 2 (four possible ones)
It seems like it is showcasing seasons, so I think it will evolve depending on the season. I'm thinking Grass/Fire (Summer), Grass/Ice (Winter), Grass/Ghost (Fall, leaves die), and Grass/Water (Spring, rains a lot). It could also replace Chlorophyl with a new ability (Flash Fire, Snow Cloak, Pressure?, and Rain Dish).
Stage 1 -> Swana
It just seems to big to be a Stage 1 Pokemon. Also, fully sized birds never hatch from eggs (unless they're parots[Chatot] or wastes of time[Farfetch'd].
Yanappo/Fire/Water counterparts
Won't evolve. Gimmicks almost never evolve, and they seem like they're a gimmick for triple battles.
Stage 1 -> Emogna
I'm fine with it being a stage 1, but I think it looks more like a stage 2 Pokemon. The Stage 1 would probably look really cute, and be found in the forest.
Basuroe -> Stage 2
I see it being almost like the Gen. 5 Magikarp, just not as useless.
Desukaan
I think it'll be like a road block Pokemon, blocking the way in the desert. Ground/Ghost typing.
