Will Mime Jr. Evolve?

Why can't Mime Jr. evolve? If you look at it from the game's point of view, Mime Jr. needs to meet two criteria to evolve:

1. Level up
2. Know Mimic

How many times has Mime Jr. used Mimc? Like seventy billion? That's one down.

So we know he knows Mimic... and according to the game that's all he needs. Now he just needs to level up.

James never lets Mime Jr. fight, though, so... it's unlikely he'll evolve. But there's no reason he can't.

It's pretty much the same reason Meowth has never tried to evolve - he simply lacks the experience needed to do so.

CC123123 - He meant that Wobbuffet is an icon, an important part of Team Rocket.
