Its kind of hard to manouver with my User CP, Private Message's, ETC, i liked it better the old way.

Uh, what were we talking about? Oh! Well, you can easily solve that problem by making sure you don't log out when you leave the site (by checking the Remember Me box or whatever it says) and if that doesn't work, you'll have to readjust your cookies so they don't reset everytime you open the browser.
That message is there for the sole purpose of advertisement. Let's face it, things just don't go so well without adequate advertisements. It's how you get the message out.
It only appears when you're logged out. There's absolutely no reason to care about it, since you are already a member. It's just there to attract people to the site, which does care about members. More members is kind of like more bragging rights to a sense.
