Where's that Pokemon?

Basically,you just guess where that pokemon lives in Sinnoh. For example:

Me: *Posts a picture of a Voltorb*
Guesser: They swarm on Route 218.

Now... If the pokemon has an item, you must say if it can hold that item in the wild and the chance it has of holding it! So, if I post a a picture of Pikachu holding a Leppa Berry, you would say:

Species name: Pikachu
Found: Trophy Garden
Wild Hold Item: Leppa berry (50% chance)

..that's odd.. I have the artwork of every pokemon...

anyways:

Shellos are found at the Valley Windworks, Fuego Ironworks, both halves of Route 205, Route 213, Route 218, Route 221, and VERY rarely on Route 224. The blue Shellos is East of Mt. Coronet, the pink Shellos being to the West.

It's Cradily.

Cradily isn't found in the wild, but you can evolve its pre-evo, Lileep, by reviving it from Root Fossil. Only in Pearl.
 
^not only does that look NOTHING like Cradily, but it can be obtained in diamond too...

anyways, Exeggutor: evolve Exeggcute with a Leaf Stone.
 
You were all wrong, it was Ralts. I'll stop the fogging it up thing though. I'll post an easier one now.
