Where is this cards from?!

Hi @all.

About hm...let me think it must been 4 years ago, I got a japanese cards featuring a Snorlax, I never gotten to know where it's from or what it does! I'm sry, but my scanner won't work, so I can only describe the card.

Snorlax lvl 50 Hp 100

c (first attack, no damage...)
3x (second attack, text) 20+

Waekness Ground
Resistance Psychic - 30
Retreat costs 4xc
No. 143

NO EDITION SYMBOL!

It's sitting down, and has the (if you look from the view of the snorlax) right arm in the air. The background are some fruits or vegtebles since it looks like paprika...

Could some of you say me where this card comes from?! I know it's not a fake, since a friend of mine, who was a store owner was really intressted in it, and said that it must be a real card, but she (she was femal) also didn't knew where it's from.

No symbol? That's strange. You're SURE it's not fake? It sounds fake, because if there's no symbol, it's from base set, but there's no snorlax in base set. Does it say promo?
 
It hasn't any symbol. It can't also be from jungle, since it don't own a Poképower...It doesn't say Promo...It also has the old layout...
