This is a fan-fiction I began writing a while back but just stopped writing. I decided to get back into it and begin writing it again. I hope you enjoy. Characters scripts are color coded. Due to there only being so many colors, I will be having some characters sharing the same color script. I hope you enjoy!
Sara: "Tyler, it's time to come home now. Mom and Dad want you home because it's getting late."
Jon pitches the ball for the final time of the game. Tyler swings, hits the ball, drops the bat and takes off running. Tyler passes first base, then second and is now running for third base! An outfielder throws the ball to home base but Tyler got to home base before he was tug and won the game. Tyler's team-mates shouted and congratulated Tyler for winning the game. Just then Sara made Tyler come home with her so that she doesn't get into trouble with her Parents.
Once they get home Tyler and Sara start having a conversation.
Tyler: "Sara, Why did I have to come home so early today?"
Sara: "Because there's a thunderstorm warning out and it wasn't early, it was getting late. That's why."
Tyler: "Where's Mom and Dad at?"
Sara: "Mom's out at work and well, you know Dad. He's probably in the Lab working on experiments...again."
Tyler: "Yeah, sometimes I wish Dad wasn't one of the smartest and most famous scientists in the world."
Just then there Dad walked upstairs opened the door and left the Lab with the Door still open. He entered the living room. He pours Nathan, Sara and Tyler's 2 year old brother, some milk and turns to Sara.
Dad: "Sara, can you watch both of your brother's while I'm gone? NASA just called me and they need me to do some important work for them so I might as well run somewhere and buy the materials awhile and get started on it tonight."
Sara: "Yeah, when will you be back?"
Dad: "I'll be back as soon as I possibly can. If you need me, call the cell. Okay? Thanks for watching your brothers. I'll be back as soon as possible. Thanks again. Bye."
Sara's Dad leaves and Sara turns on the TV. When she first turn's it on it was on the News Channel. She watches the News for a little bit. She saw something about NASA's new plans and ideas but doesn't think anything of it when she was watching the News. She then turns the channel to some comedy that's on TV. In the meantime, Nathan manages to slip by her without her noticing and goes downstairs into the lab. A few moments later Tyler comes out of his room with his Gameboy.
Tyler: "Where did Dad go?"
Sara: "He went out shopping, NASA called him and wants him for some reason and I'm watching you and Nathan. Which reminds me...where is Nathan? This isn't good! I lost Nathan! Tyler! Help me look for Nathan!"
They started looking all over the place for Nathan and then they noticed the Lab Door open. They went down into his lab where they aren't allowed to be and found Nathan. Sitting on a chair with his cuppy in his hand and his Blanket in the other. Sara sigh's in relief.
Sara: (Sigh) "There you are. Thank goodness I found you. I was so worried about you, Let's go back upstairs so we don't get into any trouble."
Sara picks Nathan up and makes an attempt to walk up the staircase but suddenly hears breaking and clashing sounds as she takes a step away. Sara screams. Tyler comes rushing to the Lab door.
Tyler: "What is it? Are you okay!?"
Sara: "I'm fine. Don't worry about me."
Sara starts checking to see if Nathan is okay and he seems to look fine. She starts walking away to take Nathan upstairs when something happens. Nathan's blanket got caught in some kind of weird looking machine. Sara pulls on the blanket, trying not to tear the blanket and a high pitch sound goes off for about 3 minutes. She shields Nathan's ears and bullets upstairs faster then she had ever ran before and then sees a beam of light go off in the lab. The light looked as if it were an aurora of all kinds of colors and lit up the whole Lab. The colorful aurora looking beam disappears about 15 seconds after the high pitch sound went away. She goes downstairs and notices two weird looking balls sitting on a table. The Ball's were red on top and white on the bottom and were mechanical looking.
Tyler: Sara, Something happened on the news.
Sara quickly snatched the remote and turned the television to the news channel, shocked to see images from one of the satellites her father helped to build, on the news channel. What the images were showing Sara, and hundreds of thousands of other viewers, were pictures of the earth, and some strange object that looked like a planet, even more shocking was the rouge planet was on a collision course with earth! Before anyone could react though, it seemed somehow, someway, the planet struck Earth, but did no damage. It looked almost as if it were a hologram or something. In the blink of an eye, or between images, the planet had become one with Earth! While Sara, and undoubtedly the countless others that had just witnessed this disturbing, scary sight, her cellphone rang, breaking the stunned silence that had befallen the inside of the house as those images flashed across the screen.
Sara: "Hello?"
Dad over the phone: "Sara, I see one of those Pokemon things..."
Sara could barely believe it and immediately assumed that he was playing games with her as a joke.
Sara: Dad...Please stop playing games. Are you really being serious?
Tyler: Woah! Sara! Come here! Quick!
Sara grabbed Nathan and came rushing down the steps and sees Tyler with some creature that she's never seen before in her life.
Sara (Stuttering): Wha-wha-wha-what is th..th..that?
Tyler: It's a real Pokemon! Isn't it awesome!!
Sara (Talking in a Scared Voice): Surre...are you sure it's not dangerous?
Tyler: I'm pretty sure it's not dangerous...in fact, It even listens to me! Unlike you, it actually listens to me!
Sara: Well, Where'd you find it at?
Tyler: It came out of one of those Poke'Ball's that were on the desk when the noise and light went away. Remember those? Look, there were two. So go ahead and take the other one if you want it.
Sara walks over to the other Poke'Ball and has no idea what to do with it. She starts shaking it and talking to it as if the Poke'Ball were a Pokemon itself.
Tyler: (sigh) You're helpless. Just throw it and it will come out. It doesn't take a rocket scientist...you'd think you'd know these things since dad's a rocket scientist.
Tyler starts laughing. Tyler's new Pokemon Machop starts laughing too.
Sara: (Sarcastically) Ha ha, Very funny Tyler.
Just then, Sara throws her Poke'Ball and a mysterious looking Pokemon pops out of it. A Meowth pops out of it and she goes running to her new Meowth and petting it immediately.
Tyler: Oh great. Well, you finally got that cat that you always wanted that dad wouldn't let you have.
Sara: Yeah I did and it's so adorable!
Tyler: Sara! I have an idea! Wanna have a battle!?
Sara: A battle...?
Tyler: Yeah! A battle...A Pokemon battle! You know what I mean! Don't play dumb! Now that we both have real life living Pokemon we might as well have a battle or find someone else too battle.
Sara: I wasn't playing dumb. I'm just a little slow at these things. Don't nag me for it.
Tyler: So what do you say? Are we going to battle or not?
Sara: You mean have both of our two Pokemon that we just got..fight?
Tyler: Yeah, I guess you could put it that way. Sooooo are you going to give me an answer or not?
Sara: No! I don't want my Meowth to get hurt! Are you crazy!?
Just then, Tyler, Sara, and Nathan's dad walks in.
Dad: I got home as fast as I could...
Just then he stops his sentence in shock after seeing Tyler throwing a ball back and forth with his Machop and sees Sara holding a Meowth in her arms.
Sara: Dad, we can explain and we need to talk.
Prologue
It was a hot Summer day. School just left out about 3 weeks ago and 12 year old Tyler and his friends were playing a game of Baseball in the local park. Tyler's team was tied 5 to 5. Tyler was up to bat and his friend Jon was on the opposite team and pitching the ball. His friend Jon pitched and Tyler swung, missed the ball, and got a strike. Tyler's team-mates kept cheering him on and some others kept pressuring him. Jon pitched the ball again and Tyler swung and missed once again. Tyler started getting really irritated and now the pressure was really on. Tyler's team-mates continued cheering him on and making him feel pressured and Tyler was getting nervous. 1 more strike and Tyler's team loses. Tyler's older 15 year old sister Sara came up behind the batting cage.Sara: "Tyler, it's time to come home now. Mom and Dad want you home because it's getting late."

Chapter One: The Accident
