Ruling When Do You Win?

I am curious. Do you win the instant you take your last prize card, or at the end of the turn in which you take your last prize card? If you managed to knock out a pokemon in the middle of your turn using some ability or item would you finish your turn. If so could that lead to you causing the game to go into sudden death if your pokemon had an attack that damaged itself and knocked itself out?

For example:
I have one prize left and my opponent has two. I use cofagrigus to knock itself out with its ability ( knocking out one of my opponent's pokemon with the damage counters so we both take a prize) and then I attack with Zekrom's bolt strike and I knock myself out and my opponent's active pokemon is not knocked out. Did I win as soon as I knocked out his pokemon with six feet under? Or does it go to sudden death because neither of us has any prizes at the end of the turn?

I'm confused as to your question. From what it looks like, you used Cofagrigus' Six Feet Under to Knock Out both Cofagrigus and 1 of your opponent's Pokemon, right?

At that point you have 0 Prize Cards left and your opponent has 1.
The win condition is the instant that a player has 0 Prize Cards. In that case, you go on to the next one: check for Pokemon in play. If you have 0 Prize Cards left, but also 0 Pokemon in play, that's a win condition for each player, and you play Sudden Death. But if you do still have Pokemon in play, that's 1 win condition for you, and your opponent has none. So you would win in that case, the instant you took your final Prize Card.
