The rainbows/multis provide F G W P R L M D. Nothing else.
Double Colorless Energy can be attached to any monster without any negative effects, but they only provide Colorless Energy. Double Rainbow Energy can only be attached to a non-ex, evolved Pokémon. Double Rainbow also decreases damage done to your opponent by 10 (but doesn't affect effects like placing damage counters).
