I think this kind of thread best fits in Rulings & Card Questions, so I'll move this there. (Though I'm not sure if it'd qualify as a "play question", so if another, more TCG-oriented Moderator feels this should be moved, feel free to do so.)

It means that sets will continue to be rotated for modified play like they always have been after this season. It's just that there was rotation for this season.
