What Deck Should I Buy?

I haven't played for 2 years or so and only really play at my local leagues. What decks are viable? Not particularly god tier, but good.

Here are some notable decks with simple skeleton lists. They have a tag that states the Tier - Tier 1 are technically better, while Tier 4 are often rarely seen at big tournaments. You may also like to look at that Deck Garage, which should have some good league-standard decks.

Thank you so much! It was very helpful seeing that. Probably gonna try to make that Raichu Shaymin deck since I have the resources and it will last the changes in September.
