What are "Reps"?

I am new here to Pokebeach and have been searching through the "Trading" threads, and I've noticed something called "Reps".

Can someone please tell me what those are?

They are Reputations and they moniter your status in trading.

Reps are basicly something you get when you complete a trade. You could get a bad rep or a good rep. If you have a lot of bad reps you can't trade anymore. I'm not to clear on the subject myself.

But I've also seen things like "+1" and such, what does that mean?

It means that it was a good trade and you get a 1+ rep.
