Well pokemon ex not be that good

I think pokemon ex may not be that good because of the card zoroak. Zoroak can copy one of there attacks and use it aginst them and when the pokemon ex is knocked out they get two prizes. But pokemon ex do have the card's like evolite to help them out. And there is Pokemon dark ex comeing out And pokemon dark have trainers and supporters to help them out. What do you think.

Zoro is pretty much a standard counter tech to many power hitters. Just add DCE!
 
Exactly, like Zekrom. It can OHKO Zekrom after a Bolt Strike.
But Zekrom isn't an EX, and Zekrom EX can't be OHKO'd by Zoroark.

Now, IF an EX's HP gets low enough, then Zoroark CAN kill it. But that pretty much goes for everything, whether "everything" happens to be what Zoroark can kill or what kills things with low HP.
 
Despite the fact that Zekrom EX can't be OHKO'd by Zoroark, it can easily work as revenge kill by Zoro (assuming damage was done to the ex by your main). You'd still be up in prizes from that.

What's zoro ex?
 
Which EXes does Zoroark OHKO? Just Shaymin, and all EXes OHKO Zoroark, (well, Kyogre 2HKOs but will KO something so its a fair trade. So, that would mean Zoroak only lets you keep up, so it would have to be a big focus of your deck to work well.

it could OHKO a regigigas ex right?(i think)
 
It's a nice counter if you've already done damage to the opponent. Yanmega Prime snipes EXs on the Bench, so it'll add up.

This. Otherwise than first damaging the EX's, Zoroark won't manage it to OHKO any EX easily, and at best it will be an 2HKO, which would take 2 Zoroarks, evening the prize exchange (even though still slightly in your advantage). Don't forget it also depends on what they throw at your Zoroark; any decent enough player can plan good enough counter measures as well.

Zoroark will remain nice to counter many things, but like most cards it can be played around, or be countered as well.
