Strategy
ok the main attacker is weezing

smogban makes 20 damage to each opponent's pokemon
with the help of 3 deoxys, silver bangle and lazerbank, smogbank makes 80 damage to active pokemon (110 to ex)
so... the idea is to combine those counters and the benched damage with dusknoir

any suggestion ?

edit: -1 koffing +1 computer search
edit2: -3 deoxys -3 plasma ball +1 duskull +1 dusknoir +1 rare candy +2 level ball +1 silgilyph DRX

RE: Weezing / Dusknoir / Deoxys ex

Looks like a really cool deck. Only thing I would say is you need an Ace Spec in there. Computer Search looks good for this I think. Maybe drop 1 Koffing?

RE: Weezing / Dusknoir / Deoxys ex

You don't need any ultra balls in this deck because most of your higher HP pokemon are Plasma pokemon and can be searched with the 3 plasma balls you have (or technically 5 with shadow triad). You should take out one or two of them for level balls so you don't have to use an ultra ball to search for a koffing (ex.).

If you are only running 2 dusknoir, then you don't need 3 ultra-balls considering the rest can be plasma-ball gettable. I understand your strategy, but with only having a 2-0-2 line of Dusknoir and 2 rare candies, there is bound to be at least one of those cards in the prizes. If you want to make it a bigger part of your strategy (which I think you should do) then you may need to take out another part of your deck, such as the HTLbank or the deoxys line or the bangles. Two of those is enough for damage spead, and then you can make a 3-0-3 or a 3-1-3 Dusknoir (for possible gothitelle matchup) with 3/4 candies, which will improve the chance of getting what you need.

i have 5 pokes only ultraball gettables: 2 duskull 2 dusknoir 1 mr mime
but otherwise you're right
i will take out the deoxys line
so it will be like:
-3 deoxys -3 plasma ball +1 duskull +1 dusknoir +1 rare candy +2 level ball +1 silgilyph DRX

Okay, so I tested the deck out, and I unfortunately do not have good news for you.
Starting with duskull, or sigilyph has proven to be really bad, so what ends up happening is lost prizes very early and too easily.
How it stands right now, after the changes, it gets too easily countered by Mr. Mime,
Yes of course you can "counter" that by using dusknoir, problem is if you don't draw him + candy, you're screwed, big time, before you even get to get him out you're gonna be loosing weezings and koffings, not to mention the very easy combo of super rod/level ball for another Mime and since you only have 3-3 you're stuck after loosing 2, as chances are you could get weezings/koffings prized.
You could even have a use for Genesect EX to Oldcatcher up pokemon, but then again, no energy switches, and do you really want to loose 2 prizes?
But you can't output more damage with deoxys either, as Empoleon and colress gains from that that instantly,
but Lazerbank will usually quickly be removed by switches, keldeo's, evolving, other stadium cards and retreats/Freetreats.
The problem with the deck is that you need more cards than you can have, making it unstaple, but NO offense to you, this deck was a pretty genius idea, it just doesn't work in the current format when you have decks that overpower everything, with the unfortunate 100 hp, weezing isn't easily picked up by level ball, and too easily killed by clawkrai and Genesect. Keldeo Ex doesn't need to worry about adding more energies to it to do more damage,
Empoleon benefits from the fact that you need atleast 3 Pokemon on your side. Rayboar, even Eels and Raikou ex easily takes this deck out, To be completly honest, this deck is too difficult for me to be able to help you with, but I have not been able to reedeem any qualities in the deck, except for the fun factor.

Edit:
What this deck probably needs, is something to back it up, Mewtwo is not a bad idea, but the sigilyph you have isn't bad either.
you also need a way to switch, as Duskull/noir is completly useless up front, A keldeo with float stone could save you over and over from conditions, as you don't have any space for switches otherwise.
