WAY too cheap.

I haven't seen the Flygon ex scan, but I've heard it has an attack that can keep firing off 100 damage. This is just like Gyarados EX, and that is WAY TOO CHEAP!!!!!! 2 water and 3 colorless energy for a solid 100 damage? That is unforgivable. Pokemon's attacks keep getting better, but their HP doesn't. Against another EX, Gyarados EX may get taken down, but against a regular Pokemon, no way. This is a gigantic shift that destroys the balance of attacks and HP. So, can someone tell me if there is a way that this card (and maybe Flygon EX too) is not broken?

Here's an enlarged scan of the Flygon ex image found at pokeorder.com:

Flygon ex's Dragon Claw costs GLCCC, which is fairer than Gyarados ex's WWCCC for Dragon Rage. One hundred for five is pretty standard nowadays...

But reactive blast is incredibly broken. 70 damage for 2 energy is incredibly broken.

You must discard. I can beat Flygon easily;)

It's not broken because 1). It takes 5 Energy cards to use and once the Boosts are in the Discard you need to charge him up manually even if you use Energy Charge.

dudes Blissey, Clefable, Lugia, and so many others can take advantage of this card and pwn it so easy. like Godzilla i can destroy that overgrown bug in like 1 turn with any deck i have.

Arcanine out.

Not to mention Crystal Shard rapes this thing.

A Weakness to Colorless is a very bad thing to have.

so in advice to everyone who plays Flygod. play at least a 1-0-1 line, preferably a 1-1-1 line. and yes Flygod is a type of deck for those of you who didn't know.

Arcanine out.

Actually Flygod is a very Powerful deck...you know, if you get all the Scoop ups;)

It's 5 for 100. Standard. Look at Walrein.. 4 for 80, power does 10. 4 for 90, 100, if it survives... essentially...

Well, 5 for 100 is fairly slow.. and yeah. It's weak to (C). Crystal Shard most decent attackers and this thing just dies.

Gyarados ex has less HP and doesn't have a Poké-Power to help it get set up without the use of Boost Energy.

But what about Gyarados ex? That doesn't have a weakness to Colorless.
Gyarados ex is an awesome card, but it has 20 less HP, a Poke-Power that doesn't let it power it up quickly and ultimately, it evolves from Magikarp.

I wish Gyarados saw more play:( It's going to be rotated out soon!!:O

100 for 5 is standard. the standard is usually 2x the amount of Energy required, sometimes -10. If you want more damage per Energy, take a look Ninjask DX, Exeggutor (with rigged dice/coin), Dark Electrode, Armaldo d and Armaldo ex (especially with Mag Storm).

What do you mean that's too cheap? I like that card and that attack is awesome because that means you have a better chance at winning then losing.:)

I havd 3 Flygon ex but I traded one for a Feraligatr ex and now I have 2 Flygon ex!

Flygon is a great card. 5 for 100 issnt so bad. And what then do ya want? Maybe 2 for 100? Or what?

Anyway, even non-exes can cause alot of damage. TRR's Quagsire does 80 for 4 energy. And in ex's case, Dusclops ex can do a infinite amount of damage!! Flygon has advantages and disadvantages, which balances the card, such as being a Stage 2, having weakness to colorless, etc.

Hmm. ATM Rock, GG. ¬¬

That's Gyara's main weakness. If you want to stop it, you'd have to run Milotic ex too... and Feebas and Magikarp in the same deck isn't a pretty site. :/
