Raikou suincune legend if its both thunder and water?

Lanturn prime because of underwater dive ability?

Water Rescue can be used to retrieve RSL.

I can't find an official ruling on Lanturn, but I'm inclined to say it wouldn't work. I say this because Water Rescue actually pulls Pokémon from the discard pile, and if Lanturn is no longer in play, I don't think his POWER still makes him a {W} Pokémon that could be rescued from discard.

Other professors, please weigh in.

Lanturn's Underwater Dive Poke-Power only lasts for the owner's turn. When it ends, his type shifts back to Lightning, so Water Rescue wouldn't work. Banuffin is correct.
