Ruling Warp Energy and Shadow Room

1.) Can I use Warp energy if my active pokemon is asleep or paralyzed? If so, once they are benched, are they immediately cured?

2.) Gengar SF - His Shadow Room Attack - "Place 3 dmg counters on any pokemon, if they have any poke-powers place 6dmg counters"

Does this include Poke-Bodies?

3.) How long does Confusion last? 1 turn?

1) As soon as you attach Warp Energy to the Active Pokemon, you must switch it with one of the Bench (if any). Benched Pokemon cannot be affected by Sp. Conditions, so yes, it is cured.

2) A Poke-Body is not a Poke-Power. Shadow Room only does the extra placing if the target actually has a Poke-Power.

3) Until you evolve, retreat, level-up, or remove it with the effect of a card. It does not wear off on its own.
