This is great for control- especially something like hand mill, or hand control- where you want to know what's in their hand after item locking. Should you rip Eri or attack with the Rotom that discards items/tools? Let's take a look first and see with Mandibuzz... oh yeah they have the Ace Spec in their hand- yes, let's get rid of that- lol

This seems solid for control, possibly better than Lillie’s Ribombee because you can keep getting hand info. The opponent can just bench out to prevent that, but it might provide enough pressure to be worth an inclusion.
