Discussion Viability of Alolan Raticate (SUM 77)

I have an idea but first I need to know if this could be good. the alolan raticate from sun and moon for a dce lets you search for a card for each of your pokemon. I think of running this with zoarark; is it good?

Sylveon GX is a bit more effective at this, as it takes only 1 fairy energy to get 3 cards, and can be brought into play immediately without waiting a turn.
