Ruling Vaporeon RR

I have a BTS in play and use Vaporeon RR's Poke-Power "Undevelop" to place it into my hand, may I evolve it back on that same Eevee since I have the BTS in play? Thanks

Yes you can, as you have the BTS in play. (Outside of BTS/Rare Candy you may not.)
