NEW RULES:
- Thunder hits steel types 100% of the time
- Fire type move do recoil on Ice types
- Mega Evolution may increase a few Pokemon's HP but counts out of the 100 increase
- Hydro Pump, Dragon Rush, and Blizzard have 85% accuracy
- Thunder has 80% Accuracy
- Intimidate is determined on Size (works if you larger than the opposing Pokemon)
- More 2 type and specialty moves
