Typho gives ursaring 1 damage counter, so his body activates, Blaziken is to counter Dialga G lv.X.
 
You wrote typhlosion twice (and no cindaquil < spelling is surely wrong -.- ). And i don't think you need energy gain since it takes 2 turns to get blaziken fb X out and needs 2 energy (so 1 energy/turn, and you can use after burner)

Take out:-2
2 energy gain

put in:+2
2 energy exchanger (can help you get DCE or fire energy if needed)
