Pokemon Unused Pokémon design revealed in magazine interview-MUST SEE!!

this is weird...i wonder what it would look like...maybe its just a mareep :p
 
Technically this is not an unused design,more so a rehash of a current pokemon.So yeah.For the most part,we have an enumerable amount of sheep/sheep esque like pokemon.However,it is a fresh idea if one does not count ditto,so Low and High points all around.
