Ruling Unown Question

That depends on which Unown you're using. If you're using the old Neo Unowns (as well as soon the DP Unowns), each of them have their corresponding letter in their name so it's possible to have 4 of each. Now with the UF Unowns, all of them have no special naming and they all have the name "Unown" so you can only have 4 of them altogether.

Actually, when the Neo unowns were out, they had a ruling at the top saying you can have a maximum of 4 basic Pokémon with Unown in their names.
