Ruling Umbreon Prime Question?

Ok so I know it hasn't been released in the us yet but I just need to figue out which way is the correct translation for its Evo Blast attack.

Pokebeach Translation: (Page 7)

Evo Blast: Does 50 damage plus an additional 10 damage times the number of Pokemon that Evolve from Eevee that you have in play.

Serebii Translation:

Evo Blast: This attack does 50 damage plus 10 more damage for each Pokemon that evolves from Eevee on your Bench.

So which translation would be correct?

There is no official translation as of yet, so a definite answer cannot be given. However, Pokebeach translations usually turn out to be very accurate, so I'd recommend you go with that. And I've also seen a few Japanese cards, and when it adds to damage like that, there usually is a [x10] somewhere in the card text (meaning, it does __ damage plus 10 times something else), so Pokebeach translation is most likely correct.

You are clever for noticing there is a difference. In the Pokebeach translation, Umbreon Prime himself is factored into damage calculation, whereas in the Serebii translation, he is not.
