• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

I recommend DCE. Dunno about using Warp and cyclone. Might be overkill on the expert belt. Plume is gonna hurt you bad with lack of supporters.

A strategy would be nice. I would really like to know how you plan on donking with Umbreon.
 
Which Umbreon are you using? MD is to slow, and UD can't do enough damage. And what's the point of Shiftry?
