Okay remember when AMU came out, and they simply feared Mightyena LA, well I wanted to know ... Does Mightyena LA's "Bite On" attack consider SP pokemon as not evolved pokemon?

^ Ah, but not all basics are unevolved all the time. A classic example would be a Pikachu evolved from the Baby Pokemon, Pichu. In this case, even though Pikachu is a Basic, it is evolved and thus not effected by Mightyena LA's Bite On.

O good point Zyflair. I figured that was the anwser, I just wanted to make sure. Thanks. And Lou, theres no need to be so mean and harsh ...

That means that rare candy can't be used on a pokemon that's on top of a baby pokemon, even though the rare candy specifies "a basic pokemon"?

That's correct.

Zyflair; Ummmm there is no pikachu SP...or any that are from a baby.

I think Machamp is the best. Sure you got toxicroaks...but you tech in a mightyena and you are set!

Wouldn't toxicroak still be immune to mightyena as the inability to attack is an effect on it

There most definitely is a Pichu that evolves into Pikachu. It's not an SP, but you CAN evolve a pichu into a pikachu.
