I have a problem going to PB main page.... (not forums) Whenever I go, it makes everthing stop and "not responding".. Why?
 
Have you check your internet settings or your internet connection speed? Mine is fine.
If everything is fine, then I guess there are many people using the internet. You pick the wrong time.
 
Mine's fine. Probably something is just screwed up in your computer. My advice is to just reboot your computer whenever it happens or get someone to look at it.
