Ruling Turtwig GL - electrode question

Turtwigs attack specifically says. "after your attack remove ...". So if I attack electrode whose pokebody says if he is damage by an attack put one damage counter on each pokemon. Now because this happens when he is damage by an attack, and turtwig heals after his attack will turtwig heal off this 10 damage of will it happen afterwards?

All effects of the attack finish before applying outside effects. Turtwig GL's Giga Drain will heal damage off of Turtwig before Electrode's Radiance triggers. The end result is Turtwig will have at least 1 damage counter on it.
