Toxicroak G(Pack), Umbreon Undaunted?

Hello, I'm currently preparing my deck for the MN battle roads, and I have a question. I assume people are going to play Umbreon from the new Undaunted expansion to stop SP decks. It's first attack prevents all effects of PokePowers and Pokebodies done to it. Toxicroak G (No, not promocroak)'s PokeBody reads, "Prevent all effects of attack, excluding damage done to Toxicroak G."
Who wins here?

...also, What are some good Umbreon counters I can play, since Umbreon resists Psychic Type?

Umbreon from HS-Undaunted.
 
I believe that Umbreon will still prevent all damage, since the effect is applied to itself, not Toxicroak G.

Anything fighting is going to kill Umbreon. Your best bets are going to be Machamp and Donphan, although personally I would lean toward Donphan.
 
I personally like to use of Umbreon but a good way to stop it I think is a powerhouse {F} deck with the assistance of {W}, {L}, or {G}
 
If you're using Luxchomp, you really shouldn't need to worry about Umbreon. The prime takes a while to set up, and the regular one you can just snipe around. Or just send out regular Luxray or Chomp C to deal with.
 
You have a point there. I could just snipe with Luxray and heal with Chomp...Thanks!
 
You can also use the non-leveled up forms to kill it, but sniping around it really shouldnt be a problem.
 
^that's what I mean by "regular Luxray or Chomp C." Leveled down forms are just fine for killing Umbreon. Belted Trash Bolt will OHKO Umbreon UD.
