Ruling Toxicroak/Dragalge Poison

I need an explanation as to how poison damage counters are added up.

1. If I have Virbank City Gym in play, and Toxicroak does Triple Poison, is my opponent taking 5 poison counters between every turn?

2. If I retreat Toxicroak, and bring up Dragalge and do "Severe Poison", is Toxicroak's poison still in effect? So is my opponent taking 3 for Toxicroak, 4 for Dragalge and 2 from virbank?

1. Yes.

2. No.

Every time you inflict the Special Condition Poisoned on your opponent's Pokemon, the amount of damage counters they receive between turns depends on the method used to poison. Toxicroak-EX says give 'em three, so they take three. This modifier lasts until they are either no longer poisoned or they get poisoned again.

Dragalge says give 'em four, so that modifier replaces the old one and they would only take 4 between turns.

Virbank is unaffected by poison modifiers because it is itself a modifier of +2. So no matter how many counters they are taking between turns, Virbank gives them two more. So if the last poison condition was induced by Toxicroak-EX, they would take 5 damage counters between turns; Dragalge, 6; and Laser, 3.
