Start by getting 2 tornadus and a thundurus down as fast as you can. Use welder to accelerate energy onto tornadus and start pounding away. pidgeotto is so you can boost consistancy because welder is a bad draw support. Blace is a spicy attacker for late game.

Needs a sixth (or rather fifth because the GX should be your last) attacker to force a seven prize game. Baby turtonator could work. Maybe two in case an attacker is prized. An alternative would be babe lele for spread math fixing, but you'd need a fairy energy also.

Following are a few thoughts for your consideration:

Given your deck's card-draw power, have you tested Judge and Judge whistle vs. Acro Bike? For some decks, the player may build large hand sizes; so, Judge can be an effective counter. Plus, the Judge Whistle can also provide supplemental card-draw support. I'd suggest:

-3 Acro Bike
-1 Pidgey
-1 Pidgeotto

+3 Judge Whistle
+2 Judge

1 Ear-Ringing Bell seems "less" of a priority vs. another Fire Crystal.

Another alternative to the 1 Ear-Ringing Bell would be Lusamine which can recover needed Supporter(s) and/or Stadium(s) from your discard pile.

Do you need a Brock's Grit since most of your Pokémon are "easy" 1HKO targets?

I hope you find these comments helpful.
