Very nice-looking card! I'm not too experienced with Base Set faking, but everything looks like it's where it should be, and if these blanks were still used today in official product, I'd mistake this for a real card. The one thing I feel could use a little work is the card type symbol––you could either use two symbols or merge the two (like a metal symbol but with the Grass's symbol inside in green)––but that's a small thing. Can't wait to see what else you create!
