Take it as seriously as you want. You have to admit, the resemblance is... uncanny. No one in Pokemon is that ripped.
 
Yes indeed. If Brock and Goku would ever make a baby (yuk), it would probably look like Bruno...
But I bet Bruno can't go Super Saiyan :)

Bruno is obviously a master/student of the martial arts form Hun Gar. Hence the black 'spiked' bands. Hun Gar artists are almost always buffed out to the max like. He's still reminiscent of Goku though leading me to believe that he really is a Goku+Brock baby.
 
We were thinking more of a fusion.

Goku and Brock do the fusion dance, and out comes Bruno.

I think it's some kind of evolution thing. Brock evolves into Bruno at level 16, and then Bruno evolves into Goku via trade.

Well he is the second gym leader of the Kanto elite 4
