I was looking through my cards and saw that I have some to make a cheap budget water deck and decided to play it. Many changes were made and showed that Seaking could put in work. Seaking quickly became the center of the deck and wanted to show it off. If I could, I would have included 2 Manaphy-EX for the retreat cost. Would love to see some feedback.
