Extra 1-5: 4, i like your style. As usual, it's very different :)
Flow 1-10: 7, the colors don't blend all that good (pinkish red to orange o_O).
Originality 1-10: 8, no comment needed.
Presentation 1-10: 9, just copying Sparks here :p.
Relation to Challenge 1-15: 12, it doesn't quite resemble PB, mainly due to the colors.

Extra 1-5: 5, loved the effects
Flow 1-10: 8, the render doesn't quite flow with the background, but it still looks good.
Originality 1-10: 8, Marril reminds me of Marriland more, but ok :p .
Presentation 1-10: 9, no comment.
Relation to Challenge 1-15: 14, Very nice, but like i said before, Marril is more of a Marriland thing :).

Flow 1-10: 5, the "stripe thingies" in the background kind bother me.
Originality 1-10: 6, no comment.
Presentation 1-10: 7, pretty simple and over-used, but still good.
Relation to Challenge 1-15: 15, I smell PokeBeach when i look at your entry :D.

Originality 1-10: 7, it's something i'd expect from you any day, looks good though.

Relation to Challenge 1-15: 4, I can't really make the Regice/PokeBeach connection here...

My computer got a virus from the CNN home page which made my internet connection wrecked so I can't upload my entry into photobucket or anything. Does it considered dropped or what?

DONT MAKE CNN YOUR HOMEPAGE!! It's costing me 100$ to fix it :(
 
I'm leaving this round open for two more days.

If we don't get more than a total of 4 entries (which means there have to be at least 2 more) this contest will be cancelled, and the one with the current highest score will win.

Unless Lilsparks says otherwise...
 
lolm guys pokemon banners are probably the hardest to make as there are basicly no renders for them xD
