I think the base pikachu was the first card because he is the star of pokemon.:)

That would be very interesting to find out. I bet there are only like 10 people maximum who would know the answer. If you ever saw the Pokegym "mystery guest" contest, DMTM was there and he revealed that Prerelease Base Raichu really does exist. Perhaps he would know. But he's not involved in Pokemon anymore, so I don't think he would ever show up on this forum and tell us.

Interesting! This looks like some kind of stone, scisor, paper game? (I don´t know if i got that right - It´s called Sax, Sten och Påse in Swedish).
