Energy:

  • 6 Grass Energy
    2 Rainbow Energy

Strategy:

The core strategy of this deck is to use Vespiquen's Damage Beat to finish off your opponent's damaged Pokemon. Mew is your main attacker in this deck, as it can use Damage Beat for only 1 Grass Energy with Dimension Valley in play. Supporting the two are various cards, including:

Crobat + Golbat + Zubat

Just evolving Zubat puts damage on the field, and their attacks (free with Dimension Valley) allows you to spread the love even more. They also have free retreat, letting you rotate between attackers after one of them gets knocked out, or ejects using Sting Missile.

Frozen City

This deck is relatively energy light, so frozen city can help up your output a little more while doing minimal damage to yourself. It has interesting synergy between Combee as Combee denies the damage entirely with Sting Missile, and in some clutch situations, you can attach Rainbow to it to knock it out, letting you up Revenge Blast's damage for the final KO.

Tropius

Energy Press and Return are always good to have, especially when Mew can use the latter for 1 Energy. Using it on a 2 energy Pokemon lets you hit the magic numbers on a regular EX for the Damage Beat OHKO.

Rainbow Energy

Besides the synergy with Frozen City, this is there to maximize the attacks Mew can use. It's outright useless in some games, but can be very useful in others.

This sounds like a fun deck. Having 1 Virizion EX won't hurt either because you want to protect yourself from special conditions.
Adding another Teammates will be a good in my opinion because due to consistency. Since you're running Grass Pokemon, maybe Herbal Energy might be good because you're putting damage to yourself as well, but then again, this will only work for your Grass Pokemon and not Mew EX. Repeat Balls is something to consider as well because you want multiple Zubats and Combees in play.

I would add 2 more Colress into the deck for more draw power. My normal supporter line is 3 Colress 4 juniper 4 N. that way there is an approximately 80% chance of drawing one of them on the first turn.
