Because Rayquaza is Dragon type, Rayquaza have a move is call Outrage.
 
Well if these were the teams, Palkia would own groudon, while Groudon would on Dialga. Kyogre really isn't that great so it would lose. And Giratiina would shadow force every time Rayquaza Outraged. So team Giratina is far superior!
