• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Hi, this is easily the most degenerate deck we've seen since Seismitoad-EX/Shaymin-EX/Lysandre's Trump Card. I need your help to make suggestions to the list so we can make a deck good enough to ban Surge from Expanded!

The strategy
This is basically an Exodia deck using Lt. Surge's Battle. You basically go behind on prizes by playing Frozen City then attaching a Rainbow Energy to Exeggcute, which knocks it out. You then play Surge, then Ace Trainer, then Delinquent to leave your opponent with no cards in hand. After that you use Sableye/Trick Shovel/Hiker and the Lusamine loop to leave your opponent with nothing for the rest of the game.
I reckon this list is far from optimal, so please leave your suggestions for how to make it even more degenerate!
