Hi people! More doubts from Brazil!! When I play DPSF Torterra from my hand to evolve one of my pokémon, I may use it poké-power. If I choose a basic pokémon, could I pick the Stage 2 pokémon and evolve it? Thanks!!
 
You evolve it, but Stage Two does not evolve from a basic. You're confusing it with Rare Candy, which violates the normal evolution line.
