The basic strategy is to use Koko to wear down the opponent's Pokémon within range of Riotous Beating, use the opponent's heavy-hitting attacks against them with Trickster-GX, fill up the bench quickly, use Hoopa to wall GX's and wear them down as needed, and then everything else is support.
This deck notably uses Trickster-GX to provide flexible strategies; I've done everything from Ice Path damage counters onto a Palkia, to finishing off an Expanded Ninjask deck using Cursed Drop, to using Twilight to put cards back into my deck. It also provides a safety in case Riotous Beating can't do max damage yet.
This deck does not currently include Celestial Storm cards, suggestions from that set are welcome.
