Following are a few thoughts for your consideration:

IMO, 1 Tapu Lele GX is sufficient. Although 1 could be prized, you still have "strong" card-draw support via your Zoroark GXs. Secondly, there could be times when you might have 2 Tapu Lele GXs in play - I find that situation akward. Lastly, it is an "easy" 1HKO target. Really lastly, an active Glaceon GX nullifies Tapu Lele GX's Ability.

Which Oranguru are you using (Resource Management - I hope)?

Running 6 Tools with 2 Lysandre Labs seem quite contradictory and could conflict with your need to utilize your Tools. Do you really need this particular Stadium??

Consider utilizing Bb Dumbbells vs. Choice Bands. More Professor Kukui use can also give incremental damage output; and, unlike a Tool, Professor Kukui compliments Smooth Over and can not be Field Blower'd away.​

Suggested deck changes:

-1 Tapu Lele GX
-2 Choice Bands
-2 Lysandre Labs
-2 Energy Loto - not critical if Magcargo is in play
-1 Escape Board - Tools can be countered/nullified
-2 Professor Elm's Lecture - a Ball engine can be faster
-1 Ultra Ball - making "room" for perhaps a higher priority Ball

Glaceon only turns off your opponents abilities
Yes I am using resource management oranguru
I need a stadium to bump shrine and when I don't need the stadium or if it will harm me I don't use it
Choice band is in there to ohko Zoroark with 30 damage with polar spear
 
I feel like such a frail line of Magcargo might end up to be useless. Bear that in mind. Other than that, looks good.
 
The magcargo is out in most games so it usually works for me
The only card I need to fit in is a switch or escape rope to better my mill matchup

Also want to find room for larvitar and weakness policy
