Hey All,
I am seeking the following volunteers:
- Two VG Judges
- One Organizer interested in running a TCG panel live stream
- One Organizer interested in running a VG panel live stream
StreamCon is an online pop culture convention that will be occurring on the weekend of June 26, 2020. If where you live is anywhere like where I live, you will not be able to get back to any type of normal League activities until at least August. With the North American International Championships cancelled, a few organizers told me that this would be a great weekend to do something for everybody. This event will also help a few charities who typically raise funds at all of the events that were cancelled.
In addition to panels, we will also be holding a trading card game online and Sword and Shield video game tournaments. While we could certainly use the positions that I have listed above to be filled, any volunteers are welcome to man chat rooms and help individuals who need it. I just want to make sure that no one feels overwhelmed with their assignment, so it makes sense to have some extra people to prevent that from happening. We will begin promoting the convention at the end of this month.
