Strange Block

When moving my mouse over this website, a strange pixellated Missing.No like block starts replacing my arrow. Is there something wrong with the website?

I just did it for like five minutes, and nothing happened. I guess it might your computer, or you are just seeing things.

Only this website. It can't be my computer. And I'm definitely not seeing things. Well, today it's fine so maybe it was just yesterday.

It just comes on for a second and comes off.

It probably isn't the website, you seem to be the only one having the problem. Maybe check your settings by hitting Personalize on your desktop. Maybe there's a selection that shouldn't be there?

I never go into the Control Panel except to clean my computer. Trust me. And this is the ONLY website it happens on. And then believe you me, it was just that day.
