Getting ready for states
Member
Welcome to the States testing tournament.

This a pre states tourney (that might run into states lol)<(if that happens it will become a pre reigonals tournament) No matter what it will have a prize. Rayquaza C Lv.X Pack.

Rules:

1. DP-HGSS Format
2. You change your deck during the tournament.
3. single elimination 2-3 matches.
4. It is a RS tournament.
5. Post your rounds on this thread
6. 1st Place gets a Rayquaza C Lv.X non-promo

I will update rules often.
