HOW TO USE FORMS!
It's very simple, simply fill in the blanks of the desired items. Forms are like quotations, just tell how you want your specific item to look like. In other words, you're giving me a an idea of the banner you want me to make.
Copy the form required and paste it to your reply, erase those eaxmples given and fill in the blanks. Next, just post the reply and you've done your part.

What are Signature Doodles*? Well, they're merely doodles of pokemon or any thing in the sort. Simply ask me to draw you one! Here are some of my doodle examples. Well, if you wanna know, I draw these avatars myself, soz...I don't do any other avatar, you would need to go to another shop for that. I draw the avatars in the programme Microsoft Paint. Once again! Please do not steal the images. EXAMPLE BELOW:
