I'd personally go 2-2 split or invert the count of Beedrill. It is way too situational to have a majority of the new one. This count will also soften the need to use float stone, which can be used for other things like another Pheromosa or two, since you kind of want that to be your starter anyway. Nest ball and Evosoda also seem redundant, and are just taking up space for things like Brigette and Wally.
